DSA Saudi Arabia Code of Practice

DSA Saudi Arabia's Code of Practice is a condition of membership and a public standard for ethical direct selling conduct in Saudi Arabia. Member companies are expected to adopt internal conduct rules that meet or exceed this Code and to make its principles clear to consumers and direct sellers.

Aligned with the WFDSA 2025 Global Code of Ethics

The downloadable Code has been updated to align with the WFDSA Global Code of Ethics adopted on 16 September 2025, while remaining subject to Saudi laws and regulations. The update strengthens coverage of digital transactions, privacy and data protection, earnings claims, compensation tied to product sales, reasonable and refundable fees, inventory loading and repurchase, ethics training, complaint handling, and Code Administrator enforcement.

Who the Code Covers

The Code applies to registered member companies, their direct sellers through company rules and agreements, consumers who purchase from member companies or their sellers, and conduct among member companies. DSA Saudi Arabia support and Code oversight apply only to registered member companies.
